Rentvine stays your source of truth. VestaGlass is the map layer that makes the same data usable for planning.

Connect Rentvine
Authorize VestaGlass to read your Rentvine account. Takes a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Just hit "Sync"
Your properties and units come across and land on the map. No manual entry, no CSV export.

Filter + plan
Filter to what's due, route the day with real drive times, hand it to the field. Your portfolio syncs nightly, and on demand whenever you hit Refresh.

How we keep your data safe

You supply your Rentvine API key. We never share it, never expose it to the browser, and only use it to pull the data you've authorized.

Your API key, stored server-side
Credentials are encrypted at rest and never sent to the browser — only our server uses them to call Rentvine on your behalf.
Official Rentvine API only
We connect exclusively through Rentvine's published API — no scraping, no workarounds, no undocumented endpoints.
Data isolated by organization
Row-level isolation means your portfolio data is never visible to other accounts — even on shared infrastructure.
Revoke access anytime
Rotate or remove your API key in Rentvine and access is cut off instantly. No lingering permissions.

Where VestaGlass fits alongside your inspection tools

Tools like zInspector and SnapInspect handle the inspection itself — the checklist, the photos, the report. VestaGlass handles the part before that: which doors, in what order, on which day. Rentvine's integration directory has the inspection well covered; VestaGlass covers the day before it, and sits next to whatever you already use to run the walk.
