Connect Rentvine, plan real inspection days on your own portfolio, and decide once you've used it. You enter a card when you start. Nothing is charged for 90 days, and cancelling before then costs nothing. On day 90 the subscription begins at the rate for your door count.
Who this is for
VestaGlass is for firms on Rentvine where planning inspections has become real work — big enough to feel it, not so big that somebody is dedicated to it. If you're adding doors and one person can no longer keep track of what's due, that's the moment this pays off.
We never touch your accounting
VestaGlass reads your portfolio out of Rentvine and hands back a plan. It does not write to your ledger, your owner statements, or your books. The two things it can write back, the inspection date when a route is completed and the appointment window on a work order you've put on a route, are off unless you turn them on. Connecting VestaGlass changes nothing about how your accounting works.
If you leave, Rentvine is exactly as you left it
Your portfolio lives in Rentvine. VestaGlass keeps a synced copy to draw the map — it doesn't own your data, and it never became the system of record. Stop using VestaGlass and nothing in Rentvine changes: the properties, the leases and the inspection history are all still there, where they always were.
What being early means for you
We launched at the Rentvine User Conference in May 2026 and are onboarding firms in groups. Being early gets you a direct line to the people building it and a real say in what ships next. It also means the product is young: it plans inspection days, and leaves checklists and reports to the apps built for them (zInspector and SnapInspect). Today it works with Rentvine only. You'll see it change week to week, and if something's missing for your workflow, it goes on the list.
